No. The script loads asynchronously, so it never blocks your page from rendering. It also avoids layout shifts, which means your Core Web Vitals scores stay unaffected. Variants are applied before the page is visible to the visitor, so there’s no flicker either.

Yes. CROLabs does not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. All tracking is anonymous and aggregated. You need at least 300 unique visitors per variant before drawing any conclusions. A standard A/B test with a 50/50 split means roughly 600 unique visitors total. If your page gets less traffic, tests will take longer. Start testing on your highest-traffic pages first for faster, more reliable results.

A/B testing compares two versions of a page. You change one thing and see which version converts better. Multivariate testing changes multiple elements at once and measures every combination. A/B tests are simpler and work with moderate traffic. Multivariate tests are more powerful but need significantly more visitors to produce reliable results.
